Assessment
Before your first session, we get to know you and your goals. Our coaches will then tailor the journey to suit your needs.
To understand what is going on inside your body, a non-invasive 90-second body scan is conducted. We use this information to measure your baseline and review progress regularly.
Build
The first brick of the wall. The build phase establishes structure and stability.
Improve
The custom job. We fit around you. The improve phase embraces breaking through the wall of your limits.
Refine
The future. It’s time to challenge yourself through regular check-ins with a coach to keep you accountable and work towards your best self.
